1 This is an original action wherein we are requested by Gulf Oil Company and Charles Simpson to assume original jurisdiction and prohibit the Honorable Charles Woodson, District Judge in Creek County from exercising jurisdiction in a damage suit upon the ground that Creek County does not have venue.
